Snack Time :)
Hey loves!
So I was watching food network, and other cooking shows. It brought to my attention, easy snacking. Which, then led me to peanut butter fudge. May not be calorie friendly, but I can assure you that it tastes delicious! Now, I LOVE peanut butter. I mean, REALLY love peanut butter. If I wouldn't gain so much weight, I would literally eat it every day. I would live off of that only if I could.. okay okay. Enough about my peanut butter addiction. I got this recipe from the Food Network, courtesy of Alton Brown. If you want to look it up to watch the video how he does it, I will link it below.

How you like that!? Now if if I understand correctly, you're supposed to be able to click this recipe and it open in a new window, or make it bigger. If it's not doing that, I do apologize. But, on the positive side, you should be able to screen shot it- and viola!
Anyway, be sure to tell me how you like it! I will try it soon, but I am not sure how I will substitute the powdered sugar. I have converted to Splenda since they took the horrible chemicals from their "sugar".
