Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
Hope you all had an awesome weekend!!
Now it's time for some good food.
I'm going to give you the recipe for my very own Creamy Ranch Pork chops.

The picture above is not my photo, but when the pork chops come out of the crock pot, it will look almost exactly like this!
Ingredients
1 pkg. boneless pork chops (usually has about 5 in the package)
8 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning (roughly about half the package)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp. Minced Onion (I use dried)
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Salt (I use freshly ground)
1 Tsp. Pepper (I use freshly ground)
1 Tbsp. chives, or parsley (for garnish)
Directions
1. Wash your pork chops, pat with a paper towel, and set aside.
2. Pour your ranch seasoning into a small bowl, add the water, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, and minced onion. You will want to combine it with a whisk.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the crock pot. Then, add the pork chops to the mixture. Put the butter on top of the pork chop mixture.
4. Set your crockpot on Low, for 8 hours.
5. Garnish with chives, or parsley when serving.
There it is! It's so easy, and it is such a big hit in this house. It never lasts longer than the night I cook it. It goes excellent with either mashed potatoes, or rice. I normally pair it with brussel sprouts, pinto beans, or purple hull peas.
Enjoy!!
Let me know how you like it!
